Nurture.AI automates and personalizes customer communications across SMS, voice, chat, and QR codes, replacing the disconnected, inconsistent touchpoints that were driving poor conversion for its customers. As Principal Product Manager, I own the platform's core surfaces: an SMS service, AI voice technology, a built-in CRM, and advanced reporting, built so a business can run individualized, scaled conversations without a bigger team.

The conversation above is the product in miniature: the AI agent opens on the business's behalf, reads the customer's reply, and adapts: offering to reschedule rather than pushing a script. The same engine runs across SMS, voice, and chat.

On the business's side of that conversation sits the Messages console. Every AI-run thread lands in a shared inbox where a human can read the full history, label the outcome, and step in with a reply at any point. The AI does the volume; the operator keeps judgment and the final word.

Automation and personalization aren't in tension: the more the system understands a customer's channel preference and history, the less generic, and more effective, each message can be.

That understanding lives in the built-in CRM. Every lead carries its campaign, cadence day, status, and channel history, so a six-hundred-lead file behaves like six hundred individual conversations rather than one blast list. Filters over campaign, activity, and consent (DNC is a first-class field, not an afterthought) keep the automation accountable.

What the chat starts, the inbox tracks, and the CRM organizes, the reporting layer finally measures. Advanced Reports rolls every campaign up into one accountable view: live, inbound, and outbound calls next to answer rate, transfer rate, and long-transfer rate, then totals the whole book into transfers, long transfers, DNC, and voicemail so an operator can see what the automation is actually earning.

Over 21 months the platform has driven 450K+ AI conversations, with engagement gains across SMS campaigns and a meaningful reduction in manual content creation as personalized, AI-generated interactions replace hand-written sequences. The product bet is that automation and personalization aren't in tension: the more the system understands a customer's channel preference and history, the less generic (and more effective) each individual message can be.
